Registration Information

Registration & Accommodation Package fee includes;

• Symposium registration
• Three nights accommodation and breakfast (18-19-20 August)
• Symposium materials
• Lunchs and coffee breaks (19-20 August)

Please, contact us for Airport-Hotel shuttle requests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• 70% of payment will be refunded for cancellations before March 17, 2022.
• 30% of payment will be refunded for cancellations before April 14, 2022.
• No refund will be made for the cancellations made on after April 14, 2022.
• All cancellation requests should be done in writing and all refunds will be made after the organisation.

Payment Information

Payment via Credit Card

Please ask for the credit card authorization form for credit card payments. The 3% commission will be added on the payments via credit card

Payment via Bank Transfer

Please indicate the meeting name and your name on the receipt of the payment, and send us the payment receipt.
